Stop Mutilating Children (SMC) is a charitable organisation whose aims are:

1. End all forms of sexual mutilation to non-consenting children regardless of gender, religion or culture.
2. Gain full rights for children as afforded by National, European Union and International laws/conventions.
3. Bring about an end to the discrimination of which children are subjected.

Attainment of this aim shall be principally:

1. Education of those adults who have responsibility of care for a child or children.
2. Motivate a climate of fairness and decency amongst those that are mindful to instigate change.
3. Lobby on behalf of children for their rights to genital integrity.
4. Lobby on behalf of the adult that the child will become for their right to self determination and genital status.
5. Provide information that will enable a child to mature to an adult without the need for invasive surgery or mutilation.
6. Provide assistance if funds permit to secure judgments for the rightful protection of children and young persons.
7. Aim for legal directives for the rights of children.
